Order Cancellation
After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After 30 minutes, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.
Returnable within 14 natural days
You can request a return within 14 natural days of receiving the Tenderizer Hammer.
If this period is exceeded, we may not be able to process your return request.
Return orders are processed within 1-3 business days
If a return order takes longer than 3 business days to process, please contact us at [email protected] and we will try to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
Our service hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00 am-5:00 pm (EST).
Return orders submitted after 5:00 pm will be prioritized for processing on the next business day, and orders submitted after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
Orders will not be processed during holidays.

In your e-mail, please provide your order number, contact details and a detailed explanation of the reason for your return.
Return and Refund
If you have decided to return the goods, you can follow the following process:
Please pack the tenderizer hammer in its original packaging, including the accessories and gifts received.
Send the tenderizer hammer to 8738 W Old Spring Hope Rd, Spring Hope, North Carolina, 27882.
After sending, please send us the logistics information and courier number by email [email protected], so that we can check and refund you as soon as possible after receiving it.
If you choose to return the tenderizer because of quality or shipping problems (such as wear and tear on the received tenderizer), the shipping cost will be borne by Choicescity.com.
If the return is due to the customer's personal dislike of the received tenderizer (color or style), wrong shot, etc., the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Once the returned tenderizer hammer arrives at Choicescity.com's warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.
Refund amount within 1-2 business days
If you have not received your refund after 2 business days, please contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
We do not charge for the second listing.
